Step 3 · Do you have Full Control of that portfolio?

Yes? Skip to Step 5.

↓ No

Step 4 · Does anyone else at your business have Full Control of the portfolio?

Yes? Ask them to follow How to invite a new user to your Meta Business Portfolio

No? File an admin dispute with Meta: How can I gain access to the correct Meta Business Portfolio? (Admin Dispute)

↓ Once you have Full Control

Step 5 · Accept the request

Follow the steps in Accepting a Paid Ad Permissions Request. Once accepted, you’re Paid Ready! You will see the green checkmark indicating this in your Social Accounts tab of your Promoboxx dashboard:
