Connecting with Meta Business Support

Sometimes, as much as we wish we could solve all problems, things get too deep into Facebook/Meta for us to see or access. This can happen if you don't have Full Control or are not a Business Admin on your Facebook business page's Meta Business Portfolio. You can read more about Business Portfolio access HERE.

When this happens, the best people to help you are those behind the scenes of Meta. They have visibility and access to the inner machinations of Meta/Facebook that we simply do not. The best place to get in touch with them is Meta Business Support.

Once you click that Support link above, you should be dropped onto a page that looks like this:

Scroll down to the bottom and you should see a "Contact Support" button on the right of a section headed with "Still need help?" as seen below:

From there, you will be guided through the process of opening a Support ticket with Meta, starting with the screen below where you will summarize whatever is happening to block you from doing what you want to do with your Facebook/Instagram page(s) on Promoboxx:

If you need help describing your issue, reach out to our Support Team to get a better understanding of what you need to tell Meta!

From here, you will be asked to provide a few more pieces of information, like what Business/Ad Account your inquiry is about (if you have access to more than 1). Once you complete your ticket, Meta will contact you, typically via one or more of email/phone/Facebook Messenger.
