Accepting a Paid Ad Permissions Request

Step 1: Log into the Owner's personal Facebook account. Typically the Owner is who originally created the Facebook page. If you are not the Owner, you will not be able to see the request. If you cannot access the Owner's account, the best next step is to contact Facebook Business Support.

Step 2: Click the cluster of 9 dots in the top right near your Messenger and Notifications icons. Select Pages from the menu.

Step 3: On the left-hand side menu on the Pages page, select Meta Business Suite.

Step 4: Choose "Settings" at the bottom of the left-hand side menu in Meta Business Suite. If you do not see the Settings tab here, you are not in the Owner's account.

Step 5: You should be dropped by default in your People tab. Double check while you are here that you see your name listed here, and Full Control: Everything listed under your Business Porfolio access. Scroll down on the lefthand side menu until you see Business Settings and click it.

Step 6: You should see a Requests tab on the left-hand side menu. Click into it, and under "Recieved" you should see a pending request from Promoboxx. If you see one, hit Approve. If you do not see one and believe you should, or if you cannot even see the Requests tab in the first place, it is likely you are not the Owner. You can contact Facebook Business Support if you need to get the page ownership transferred so that you can access the Request.
