If your Facebook page is already connected to Promoboxx, but you you getting notified about failed shares or seeing error messages regarding your Facebook page connection, you might need to disconnect your page and Facebook account so that you can start fresh.
You might also receive email notifications about scheduled shares failing to post. All of these could indicate that your connection has been broken. But the good news is, you should be able to fix it yourself!
First, you'll need to head to your Social Accounts tab in your Promoboxx Dashboard.
Next, you need to remove your Facebook account. To do this, click the 3 dots to the right of the page you wish to remove, and confirm your action. Note that removing your Facebook account removes ALL associated pages. Click the blue OK button to remove the account and associated pages from Promoboxx:
