What Is Recommended National Content

Recommended National Content on Promoboxx allows you to customize and share content that has been promoted on a brand’s national Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube channels.

With Recommended National Content, you can browse through dozens of extra brand-approved posts and choose exactly what speaks to your store’s personal brand. Recommended National Content is automatically updated every 24 hours on the platform, so new content is available just as frequently as it's posted.

Connecting for Recommended National Content

• Your store should set up your social media channels during your Promoboxx onboarding.
• You can customize, schedule, and share as much content from the Recommended National Content tab as you would like. The content will pull in from brands that have region-specific or product-specific social accounts.

How to Access Recommended National Content

1. On your main dashboard, select Brand Content
2. Navigate to the Recommended National Content tab
3. Browse and Share relevant content from participating brands on Promoboxx

Once a brand connects its national channels, Recommended National Content will pull in any eligible content by default. Please note the following:

• Recommended National Content can not be automated.
• Some brands may have Recommended National Content turned OFF
