Your X post may have failed if there is an issue with your X account or if there was an issue with the content of the post. To fix, please follow the directions below:
- Login to Promoboxx
- Find the post that failed by navigating to the Content section of your Promoboxx Dashboard and try posting it to your X account once again
- If it posts successfully, you are good to go!
- If the post fails, you need to reestablish your connection
- Go to the Business Info tab
- Then Social Accounts
- Remove the X account
- Then, re-add the X account to Promoboxx
