How do I edit my business information?

Moving your store? Changing management? Got a new Facebook page? Find out how to manage your business settings below. 

Where can I find my Business Settings?

To access and change all of your business information in Promoboxx, Login to Promoboxx and then click Business Info on the left menu bar. 

You will land on the Business Info tab in the top toolbar by default, where you can edit the basics of your business information like phone number, business name, website, and locations. You can also upload your business logo here.

Moving to the right across the top toolbar, you can also manage your social account connections in Social Accounts, your Facebook/Instagram/Paid Ad automation settings in Automation Preferences, your brand-specific questions like sales rep selection and product lines that you carry in Brand Settings, and add or remove users on your Promoboxx account in Account Users.
