How can I fix a Twitter share fail?

Your Twitter post may have failed if there is an issue with your Twitter account or if there was an issue with the content of the tweet.  To fix, please follow the directions below:

1. Login to Promoboxx
2. Find the tweet that failed by navigating to the Content section of your Promoboxx Dashboard and try posting it to your Twitter account once again
3. If it posts successfully, you are good to go!
4. If the post fails, you need to reestablish your connection
   1. Go to the Business Info tab
   2. Then Social Accounts
   3. Remove the Twitter account
   4. Then, re-add the Twitter account to Promoboxx
