Enrollment

Getting signed up with Promoboxx is easy and should take no more than five minutes. In this video, we’ll walk you through the steps required to get your business set up on Promoboxx!

Connect Your Social Accounts

Learn how to share marketing content to your business's Facebook and X pages and how to schedule out shares. Promoboxx maximizes your time and marketing on Facebook with pre-built messages and scheduling options. If you have ten minutes on a Tuesday morning, you can set up your presence on social media for the next month. Check out this video for pro-tips! 

How to Share Content

Sharing content on Promoboxx takes only a few clicks! You can customize your caption or use what the brand suggests, if you want to make it extra easy for yourself. You can schedule shares to post right away, or schedule them to post at a future time.

Promoboxx Industry Content

• New Campaigns Monthly: Fresh, consistent campaigns updated monthly.
• High Quality Holiday & Inspirational Content: Keep your customers engaged with high-quality industry specific campaigns.
• Schedule and Automate: Edit, reschedule, or cancel scheduled automated posts in your Promoboxx calendar.

Downloadable Content

You can download content from Promoboxx to use wherever you want! Your website, email blasts, print advertising, anything. There are downloadable shares within campaigns, and also more general downloadable content in the Downloadables tab of your retailer dashboard. Your brands can organize this content into folders to make it easier to find, you can search the content, and you can also filter by brand or tags.

Adding More Brands on Promoboxx

Want to connect to more brands once you get the hang of things? Browse the rest of connected brands in your industry (or industries!) in the Add More Brands tab on your lefthand side menu. Simply mark the brands you want access to, and then click the "Request X brand(s)" button on the righthand side. You can also accept brand invitations here in the Brand Invitations tab, and suggest brands that are not currently on Promoboxx to our team in the Suggest Brands tab, so that we can try to get them signed on!

Automation and Business Info

When enabled, the automation feature on Promoboxx allows your brand's marketing team to help you keep your Facebook page up to date with fresh content your followers will love. Learn how to enable this feature for any brand you work with on Promoboxx, and how you can preview every automated post before it goes live. We’ll also review how you can edit your information and add users to your Promoboxx account. 

Paid Ads

Promoboxx can help you reach an audience beyond your existing followers on Facebook with Paid Ads. For certain campaigns, your brand may award your business with dollars you can use to promote your brand's marketing content via Promoboxx.
