Retailer Notifications Glossary
Notifications
As a retailer on Promoboxx, you will receive notifications in the top right hand corner of your page to ensure your account is fully set up. Updating these settings will ensure you are fully set up to share Promoboxx content on all your social pages. These notifications include:
- Invalid Facebook Page: You currently possess an Invalid Facebook Token preventing you from sharing Promoboxx content onto your Facebook Business Account. Clicking into this notification will guide you through the steps to update your Facebook settings and ensure future shares do not fail
- Disconnected Facebook Page: You have a Facebook Business Account set up on Promoboxx, but it is not connected to a specific Brand. Clicking into this notification allows you to hook up your Facebook page with that specific Brand
- Disconnected X Account: You have a X Account set up on Promoboxx, but it is not connected to a specific Brand. Clicking into this notification allows you to set up your X Account with that specific Brand
- Missing Locations: You have at least one location added to the Promoboxx platform, but it is not connected to a specific Brand. Clicking into this notification allows you to hook up your location with that specific Brand
- Failed Shares: One of your shares has failed. Clicking into this notification will show you which specific share has failed and allows you to re-share
- Unanswered Brand Questions: You have outstanding questions from your Brand Partner. Clicking into this notification takes you to where to fill out these Brand questions
- Example questions could be, “Who is Your Sales Rep?” or “What Products do you carry?” These questions are important to answer as it helps your Brand partner curate better content for you (i.e. Product/Promotional campaigns)
