Sort Shares Within A Campaign

Campaign Cards

Each campaign card shows a few quick details at a glance:

• Status badge (top-left): "New" or "Shared," when applicable.
• Days remaining (top-right): how much time is left to share from that campaign.
• Channel icons (bottom row): each available channel (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with the number of shares left in it.

Available vs. Shared

Inside a campaign, shares are split into two tabs:

• Available: All shares in a campaign
• Shared: shares you've already posted or already have on your schedule.

Use the channel or content type filter above either tab to narrow shares down to one channel or type.

Use the Sort By drop-down (Created, Last Updated, Name, or Format) to quickly find a specific share.

Looking for a video share? Sort by Format. Looking for new content added? Sort by Created. Have a specific share name you're looking for? Sort by Name.
