Promoboxx makes it easier to discover and schedule content without having to jump between tabs or search for a post first.

You can find recommended content in two places: directly from your Dashboard or from your Schedule.

Recommended for You on the Dashboard

The Dashboard includes a Recommended for You section that helps you quickly find relevant content from your connected brands.

This is an easy way to discover brand-new content for your social feed without having to open the Brand Content or Industry Content tabs first. From the Dashboard, you can review recommended shares and schedule them directly to your social channels.

Share Recommendations from the Schedule

You can also add content to your calendar directly from the Schedule tab - no need to jump between tabs.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the Schedule tab and see a new Add button.
2. Clicking Add opens the Recommendation Modal for the selected day.
3. The modal displays up to 6 recommended shares relevant to that retailer and date.
4. Retailers can select a share and add it to their calendar without leaving the Schedule.

How Recommendations Are Generated

Recommendations are based on:

• Popular content shared by other retailers
• Content you have not already shared or scheduled (including automations)
• Content available on the selected day

Each recommendation set includes a balanced mix of content from the brands and industry contents you work with on Promoboxx

If none of the recommendations feel right, you can simply click “View More Content” to jump to your Brand Content tab and pick something else.
