In-app share recommendations are now live in your Promoboxx retailer dashboard!

About in-app share recommendations

You can now add content to their calendar directly from the Schedule tab. No more jumping between tabs!

When you see an open spot on your calendar, you can instantly view curated content recommendations tailored specifically to you, and schedule a post. 

Worried about double-posting the same content? No need! The recommendations only include content you haven’t already scheduled, making it easier to keep actively sharing without duplication.

This update removes friction from scheduling and helps you to stay active with less effort. Instead of hunting for content, you can discover and schedule high-performing posts without leaving your Promoboxx calendar.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the Schedule tab and see a new Add button.
2. Clicking Add opens the Recommendation Modal for the selected day.
3. The modal displays up to 6 recommended shares relevant to that retailer and date.
4. Retailers can select a share and add it to their calendar without leaving the Schedule.

How Recommendations Are Generated

Recommendations are based on:

• Popular content shared by other retailers
• Content you have not already shared or scheduled (including automations)
• Content available on the selected day

Each recommendation set includes:

• Up to 3 Facebook shares
• Up to 3 Instagram shares
• A balanced mix of content from the brands you work with on Promoboxx

If none of the recommendations feel right, you can simply click “View More Content” to jump to your Brand Content tab and pick something else.
