Sharing Other Recommended Content

Other Recommended Content is a Promoboxx feature that allows you to customize and share any content that has been promoted on your brand’s national social pages. With Other Recommended Content, you can browse through dozens of extra brand-approved posts and choose exactly what speaks to your store’s personal brand. Instead of waiting for the next campaign, discover content anytime in your account, and supplement what you already promote.

To Use & Customize Other Recommend Content…

1. Login to your Promoboxx Dashboard

2. Click on the Content tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and then scroll down to the Other Recommended Content section

3. Each piece of content will have an icon in the top left-hand bar to delineate where the brand shared it originally (i.e. Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube), but you may have the option to use the content on a different social platform. To select the content you like and to view your share options, click Preview and Share

4. Once inside the campaign, you can toggle between the social channels that are available. Once you've chosen the social channel you would like to share to, click Preview and Share one more time

5. The pop-up screen will then allow you to customize the message that accompanies your post. Edit the text by clicking on it under Add A Message:. You can also leave the post as-is

6. After editing your custom message, determine when the post will be shared by clicking the arrow next to "Now" under Schedule. Finally, click Share on Facebook or Schedule on Facebook

7. You can view your previously shared and upcoming scheduled content in the Schedule tab on the left-hand side of your Dashboard. You can also view how well your post is doing in the Reporting tab on the left-hand side of your Dashboard. Reporting includes: views, actions taken, and link clicks.
