Is your Facebook page properly connected to Promoboxx?
To make the most out of your Promoboxx experience, you’ll need to connect your business’ Facebook page to your Promoboxx account.
If your Facebook page is currently connected to Promoboxx, you can check its status by following the steps below.
- Log into Promoboxx
- Navigate to the Business Info tab on the left-hand side of your Promoboxx Dashboard
- Click Social Accounts
- If your Facebook page is currently connected, click Open Permissions Manager.
- You will see a screen similar to the one below.
Here is a breakdown of what these permissions mean:
"Can post to this Facebook Page and the connected Instagram account": this means you are all set for Facebook sharing, and can post to Instagram via our Promoboxx Mobile App.
"Can run Paid Ads on Facebook and Instagram": this refers ONLY to Paid Ads. If you are missing this permission, you CAN still share organic content.
"Can post the Instagram via desktop or mobile app": this means Promoboxx is recognizing your connected Facebook page has a connected business Instagram account. If you do not have this permission, you CAN still share Facebook content.
