The 'browser plugin' error is usually caused by a third-party blocker set up in your browser or wifi/internet connection. This error may appear when first creating your Promoboxx account or Managing your Social Media pages.
To troubleshoot, please try following our steps below:
1. Clear Browser Cache/Cookies
2. Turn off any Pop-up Blockers
3. Try opening Promoboxx in another Web Browser (preferably Google Chrome)
