How do I see images on Promoboxx if I have an Ad-Block?

If you are experiencing missing images on Promoboxx, they might be hidden by accident. The Ad-Block browser extension hides any images that are the same size as common advertising sizes. This sometimes occurs on Promoboxx when images for advertising banners are provided for you to download and use.

To view these images, you can exclude the Promoboxx website in the Ad-Block settings.

Chrome

1. Open your browser settings. Open extensions. You should see Ad-Block in the list of extensions. Uncheck the box next to “Enabled” to disable Ad-Block. Or, to exclude Promoboxx only, click options. 

   

2. Click the “Edit” button next to “Manually edit your filters”
3. Enter “@@||cp.promoboxx.com/$document” in the field. Click the “Save” button.
4. Return to Promoboxx and the images should now be showing.

FireFox

1. Click the Ad-Block icon in the top right corner of your browser window. Select “Filter preferences…” 
2. Click the “Custom filters” button.
3. Click the “Add filter group” button.
4. Click the “Actions” button and then select “Show/hide filters”.
5. Click the “Add filter” button.
6. Enter “@@||cp.promoboxx.com/$document” in the field and press return to save. Click the “Close” button.
7. Return to Promoboxx and the images should now be showing.
