Instagram Stories vs. Feed

When sharing to Instagram, there are two publishing options: Stories and Feed. Not sure the difference between the two?

Think of " Instagram Feed" as your profile. Once you post to your feed, the image or video will live there forever. Your followers will see these posts appear once they are shared. Check out our Promoboxx feed below 📸

" Instagram Stories" on the other hand, are quick 15-second image or video clips, that disappear after 24 hours. Instead of being displayed in the feed, they are displayed at the top of a users app.
