Why is my Facebook page "unsupported"?

When selecting your business page from the Facebook page drop-down menu, you might receive a "Page unsupported" error.

If you receive a "Page unsupported" error, please check the following:

  • Go to Facebook.com in a new window and ensure that you are using Facebook as your personal account, as opposed to your business page. If you are using Facebook as your business page, please switch to your personal account by clicking the downward arrow in the top right corner of your screen and selecting your name beneath "Use Facebook As". Note: After switching to your personal account, go back to your Promoboxx screen and refresh your window before selecting your Facebook page again.
